A picture that was taken of us with my camera immediately following the Acafest 2010 Acappella Extravaganza concert. Myself, Melissa Lancaster, Anthony Lancaster, Allison Lancaster, Kimberly Lancaster-Brantley, Allen Brantley, and little Hunter Brantley.

Now Seth & I head to Chicago tomorrow for the big ASCO 2010 show which is the American Society of Clinical Oncology show at the McCormick Place Convention Center.

Photo of the river in New Orleans from the hotel room on the 20th floor of the Marriott on Canal.  It’s a shame that I haven’t seen a cruise ship coming through the river to the port yet.  If I do, I will make sure to snap a photo of it!

This is the third HDR photo that I’ve done.

Lee Circle, New Orleans, LA

This is the first HDR photo that I have tried to create.  I think it came out pretty well.  I like the fact that I was able to take a series of photographs, put them together, and make them look a hand painted canvas.  I think that for my first HDR image this one turned out beautifully!  I used no tripod to help balance my shots which means I must not have been shaking to bad.

If I don’t say so myself, I am amazed with the way this turned out!  Feel free to leave comments and let me know what you think about the photo.  Remember that you can click on the photo and get it to display full screen as well.

I had the wonderful opportunity of being able to have dinner tonight with my cousin Rebekah and her 2 1/2 year old son Logan.  Unfortunately her husband was working and unable to join us for dinner.  But, it was an evening that I enjoyed nonetheless.

I found out tonight that she is pregnant with #2.  We should all pray for a healthy pregnancy and baby.  There are some possible complications already possible and we are all praying that God has His hand in this pregnancy, and that He guards her and the baby.

I thought this was a half-way decent picture since it was through a window yet once again at the Marriott Marquis hotel from the 47th floor.  I thought the colors of the sky were amazing!
